Ubah Hassan hails from Somalia, but she was discovered in Canada where her modeling career was picked up by Click Management - NY. Ubah instantly became the "One to watch" after her high-fashion debut in Vogue Italia's All-Black issue [Shot by Steven Meisel]. It wasn't long before designers were asking about the Somalian Sensation, which brought her career to the next level.

According to Ubah, the go-see for Ralph Lauren was just like any other, but to her surprise Mr. RL was in attendance. "I wasn't expecting him [Ralph Lauren] to be there and he asked me to come over, then he touched my hair and said, 'you have the most beautiful face,'" says Ubah. The 22-year-old can be seen as the new face of Ralph Lauren's Spring Ad Campaign and known as the "Ralph Lauren Girl."
